My products are all made by hand or assembled by me with great care. My head accessories are handmade and each piece is unique and personalized.
The time varies depending on my workload and the time of year. I therefore advise you to contact me during the final choice of your wedding dress or your outfit concerning the head piece. Normally, outside of the festive wedding season (October to January), it takes two to three weeks for production, not including delivery time, depending on the shipping destination.
A mid-season wedding accessory will take approximately three to five weeks, as it is made and personalized to order.
You will be notified in the event of holidays and the orders placed will be carried out as soon as I return and in order of arrival.

DELIVERY DELAY
Deliveries are delivered to the address mentioned on the order form by the customer. Once your wedding accessory has been made, an email will notify you that it has been sent.
In case of combined purchases, such as a handmade product and a piece of jewelry, you can send me a separate shipment request if you wish.
If an error is made during the entry, SO ELEGANT by Nina can in no way be held responsible. Packages are sent from my workshop via La Poste by Colissimo with tracking or letter max. It takes between three to four working days on average for deliveries in France. For deliveries in the DOM-TOM and abroad, other deadlines apply.

SHIPPING COSTS
Sending by Colissimo followed or cardboard letter followed: 7.10 € (For metropolitan France). The postage rates are applied to the DOM-TOM and other countries (European Union and International). Please note: I cannot be held responsible for any customs fees. Shipping costs are calculated as accurately as possible. They include packaging, preparation and postage.
I advise you to group your purchases into a single order. I cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, I cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damage caused during transport.
However, I take special care with my parcels and the packaging of your accessories.
