The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by SO ELEGANT-by Nina .
SO ELEGANT by Nina reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the customer.

MY ACCESSORIES

The accessories are all handmade in my workshop in the south of France, I don't have any stock.
Therefore, the creation being artisanal, the photos may be slightly different than the product received by the client for some of my wedding accessories. However, SO ELEGANT by Nina ensures that the model is made as close as possible to the article presented on the site www.soelegant-bynina.com (except customization requests).
In the specific case of accessories embellished with a flower, it may vary slightly in size and color.
All my accessories are made by me and with a lot of attention. I select my materials for their quality. My primers are nickel free by law. My head accessories are made almost exclusively with pearly pearls and Swarovski brand crystals as well as freshwater pearls.
The earrings are in nickel-free silver or gold finishes and some models in 925 silver. In the latter case, this is specified in the product description sheet.

CUSTOMIZATION AND CREATION

All my accessories are customizable: changing colors, adding beads, feathers, etc. An exchange is then necessary to define your desires and create an order form specific to your order. This will be in the "Unique pieces" category and will be in your name.
The order for personalized accessories is only effective after receipt of payment.
Once the article has been personalized and made, a photo can be sent to you by email on request. Otherwise, it will be sent to you and an email will notify you of its dispatch.

DISTRIBUTION OF OUR PRODUCTS

Most of my accessories are exclusively sold via my website. However, you can find some models of accessories in partner shops.

PRICE

The prices indicated on the site are in euros. They do not include shipping costs or VAT.
SO ELEGANT by Nina reserves the right to modify these prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site www.soelegant-bynina.com the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.

PAYMENT

Payments are made:

by check payable to Maison de l'Initiative SCOP, payment must be sent within 10 days of the customer's order to the following address (otherwise the order will be cancelled): Mrs. HARTMANN Nina, 4 chemin du Danis, 31410 NOÉ. Payment must be accompanied by the order number and the customer's name. The order will be processed after cashing the check. Thank you for your understanding.
by credit card via Paypal. Secure and very reliable system. The payment will validate the customer's order.
by bank transfer: The bank details necessary for the transfer will be indicated to you when validating your order. The payment will validate the customer's order.

TIMES AND SHIPPING

Deadlines are given for information only and may vary depending on my workload at the time of year. SO ELEGANT by Nina informs the customer by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
Warning ! Check the address provided for delivery before validating your order.
If an error in the indication of the address is made by the customer, SO ELEGANT by Nina can in no way be held responsible.
Likewise, SO ELEGANT by Nina can in no way be held responsible for losses, delays and damage caused by the post office. Orders are sent by La Poste and by Colissimo. It takes on average two to three working days to receive them – valid for France.
Warning: SO ELEGANT by Nina is not held responsible for any customs fees if you live in the DOM-TOM or abroad.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

SO ELEGANT by Nina do what is necessary to satisfy the customer. If, however, the items do not suit him, the customer has the possibility, in accordance with the legislation, of returning the items ordered within 14 calendar days (Sundays and public holidays included) of their receipt, accompanied by the invoice, in their original condition and packaging. It should be reported to SO ELEGANT by Nina within 48 hours of receiving the products. The accessories must not have been worn and a photo will be requested before the re-shipment of your set. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be taken back or exchanged.
Please note that no item will be refunded or exchanged after this period. The customer must take into account that this also applies in the case where the fitting took place several weeks after the dispatch of his order.
Wedding or party items whose date of the event takes place during the withdrawal period cannot be refunded.
To help customers make the right choices, SO ELEGANT by Nina has made available an advice page and a Frequently Asked Questions page.
SO ELEGANT by Nina will refund by check or exchange within 30 days. However, shipping costs will not be refunded and will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In case of loss or deterioration of the returned package, I will not be able to refund the order and the buyer will have to file a complaint directly with his carrier.
All returns must be notified in advance to SO ELEGANT by Nina by email within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
The client will provide SO ELEGANT by Nina proof of the reshipment of his order (Colissimo number, LetterMax, etc.)
Customizations and special or made-to-measure creations cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances (accessories created to the customer's measurements, made-to-measure creations, creations based on sketches, change of color, etc.).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site www.soelegant-bynina.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of SO ELEGANT by Nina .
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, the visual elements of the site (Images, photographs) except with authorization.
Attention: The models of accessories from the brand SO ELEGANT by Nina are not free of rights. Reproduction is prohibited.
